876BOX Community Partner Programme: Terms & Conditions

Version 2.2 — March 2026

1. Overview & Eligibility

By applying to the 876BOX Community Partner Programme, you agree to these terms.

Age: You must be 18 years or older.
Location: While we primarily target the Jamaican diaspora, partners may be located globally.
Approval: 876BOX reserves the right to approve or reject any application for any reason.

2. Commission & “The Bounty”

The Reward: You earn a fixed £5.00 GBP bounty for every new subscriber who completes their first purchase using your link.
Validated Sales (Shipping Rule): A commission is only earned once a sale is validated. A sale is validated only after the order has been successfully shipped and is no longer subject to pre-dispatch cancellation.
Refund Policy: Because 876BOX deals in perishable food items, all sales are final once dispatched. Consequently, commissions are locked at the point of shipment. No bounty will be paid for orders that are cancelled or refunded prior to shipping.
JMD Equivalent: For partners in Jamaica, we provide a JMD estimate (approx. $1,050 JMD) based on current internal exchange rates. The official balance is tracked in GBP.
Cookie Duration: We use a 30-day tracking cookie. If a user clicks your link and buys within 30 days, you get the credit.
Attribution: We operate on a “Last Click” basis.

3. Payment Terms

Schedule: Payments are processed monthly, typically between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
Methods:
- Jamaica: Direct Bank Transfer (NCB, Scotia, Sagicor) or PayPal.
- International: PayPal only.
Threshold: You must earn at least £10.00 (2 referrals) before a payout is triggered.
Verification: We may hold payments for up to 30 days to verify the validity of the referrals and ensure the items have reached their destination.

4. Promotion Guidelines (The “No-Spam” Rule)

We are a premium Caribbean brand. We expect our partners to act with integrity.

Prohibited Acts: You may not use “cookie stuffing,” spam WhatsApp groups with unsolicited links, or use “876BOX” in paid Search ads (PPC).
Social Media: You are encouraged to share on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You must disclose that you are an affiliate (e.g., using #ad or #876partner).
Accuracy: Do not make false claims about 876BOX delivery times. Only use official info from 876box.com.

5. Relationship of Parties

You are an Independent Contractor. This agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
You are responsible for your own taxes in your respective jurisdiction (Jamaica or otherwise).

6. Termination

By You: You can leave the programme at any time by notifying us.
By Us: We may terminate your account immediately if you engage in fraud or bring the brand into disrepute. Any unpaid commissions earned through fraud will be forfeited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (regarding e-commerce and food sales) and Jamaica(regarding the partner relationship).
