Yes. While ackee is a staple in our Monthly Surprise boxes, we offer a standalone Ackee Concierge service. For the UK, EU, and Canada, the minimum order is 4 tins. For our customers in the USA, the minimum order is 8 tins due to specialist customs routing.
We source only the highest-grade "firm peg" brands including Linstead Market, Vineyard, and Grace. Shipping direct from Jamaica ensures your tins have maximum shelf life remaining, unlike stock found in local supermarkets.
We provide back-to-back international tracking. Your package is dispatched via EMS Priority from Jamaica and integrates directly with Royal Mail once it reaches our transit hub. You can follow your box from Kingston to your front door using your local postal service (USPS, Canada Post, or Royal Mail).
Yes. For North America, we utilize a specialist route via our UK hub to ensure smooth customs clearance. Your order is shipped from Jamaica, processed through the hub, and delivered to your door via Royal Mail and your local service (USPS or Canada Post).
Our average delivery window is 3–10 days. Because we ship fresh upon order, your goods spend significantly less time in transit than traditional bulk-imported supermarket stock.
Free International Delivery is included on all Build Your Own Box (BYOB) and Gift Box orders. For Ackee Concierge and other standalone items, a standard delivery fee is applied at checkout to cover express handling and tracked shipping from Jamaica.
We take pride in our packing, but if a tin arrives damaged, we make it right. Email [email protected] with a photo within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or account credit immediately.
